2027 Winter Provincial League
Our Alberta Winter League runs from January to April. Clubs enter their teams by the deadline in December. AWPA will create a schedule over several weekends. The schedule is published on the Alberta Water Polo website. Clubs participate in the running of the league by providing minor officials. The AWPA Commissioner will be in communication with each club representative to outline these details.
For the 2026/2027 Season, 12U age ranges are between 2015 - 2018 and the 14U are ranges are between 2013 - 2014.
The 12U/14U Polo Bears practice schedule is as follows:
Tuesday & Thursday:
7:15-7:45 p.m. Stretching and Dryland
7:45-8:45 p.m. In Water
Sundays:
5:30-6:30 p.m. Water Polo Skills Clinic
6:30-7:30 p.m. Scrimmage / Games
All practices are held at the Tri Leisure Centre.
